I need To step out see a new sun breathe some new air walk on spring's grass
I need A new face, A new mind, A new thought, A new life
I have been practicing living, dying
I am looking forward , I have been practicing
Remembering, forgetting
I have my eyes closed
I want A new day, A new place, A new truth,
I want A new body, A new head, A new voice
I have been waiting
For GOD, the devil.
I am praying
I have been waiting
For enlightenment, sleep
I am still

FEED YOUR MIND, NOURISH YOUR SOUL
When we walk to the end of all light we have and take the step into the darkness of the unknown
We must believe that one of two things will happen: that we will land on something solid or we will learn to fly~~~
I love you my brother whoever you are
Whether you worship in a church, kneel in your temple
or pray in your mosque.
You and I are all children of one faith for the diverse paths of religion are fingers of the loving hand of one Supreme Being.
A hand extended to all, offering completeness of spirit to all, eagar to receive all.
~~ Kahil Gibran
I have been studying and walking the labyrinth and found it to be a very powerful tool. If you want to try it, click on either of the labyrinths to be taken to where you can actually experience it. The labyrinth's use as a spiritual tool dates back to the 13th century when it was placed on the floors of gothic cathedrals in Europe. There it was walked as a symbolic journey to the divine. This is where the roots of the labyrinth as a walking meditation are found. The most famous labyrinth in Europe is in the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France. In the last few years, they have been reintroduced as tools to support the spiritual journey. It is a spiritual healing ritual that provides courage, insight and understanding in the face of life's challenges.
