I need To step out see a new sun breathe some new air walk on spring's grass
I need A new face, A new mind, A new thought, A new life
I have been practicing living, dying
I am looking forward , I have been practicing
Remembering, forgetting
I have my eyes closed
I want A new day, A new place, A new truth,
I want A new body, A new head, A new voice
I have been waiting
For GOD, the devil.
I am praying
I have been waiting
For enlightenment, sleep
I am still

FEED YOUR MIND, NOURISH YOUR SOUL
When we walk to the end of all light we have and take the step into the darkness of the unknown
We must believe that one of two things will happen: that we will land on something solid or we will learn to fly~~~
I love you my brother whoever you are
Whether you worship in a church, kneel in your temple
or pray in your mosque.
You and I are all children of one faith for the diverse paths of religion are fingers of the loving hand of one Supreme Being.
A hand extended to all, offering completeness of spirit to all, eagar to receive all.
                      ~~ Kahil Gibran
I have been studying and walking the labyrinth and found it to be a very powerful tool. If you want to try it, click on either of the labyrinths to be taken to where you can actually experience it. The labyrinth's use as a spiritual tool dates back to the 13th century when it was placed on the floors of gothic cathedrals in Europe. There it was walked as a symbolic journey to the divine. This is where the roots  of the labyrinth as a walking meditation are found. The most famous labyrinth in Europe is in the floor of Chartres Cathedral in France. In the last few years, they have been reintroduced as tools to support the spiritual journey. It is a spiritual healing ritual that provides courage, insight and understanding in the face of life's challenges.

A weed grew up under an oak
It would bend when ere a breeze blew
"You're not strong and tall like me"
" I wouldn't want to be you "
The weed became the butt of his jokes.

One day a wind rustled the oak
As it make a hurricane sound
"You're so weak, teased the tree
The weed bent close to the ground
The mighty tree didn't bend, it just broke.

Strength is often hidden
In ways almost unreal
Strand for strand
Though it seems so supple
Silk is stronger than steel

Hard and ridgid are signs of strength
But aren't we allowed to feel
When it comes to holding weight,
though soft and supple
Silk is stronger than steel

                                 No Regrets About Today

If I knew it would be the last time that I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly, and pray the Lord, your soul to
     keep.

If I knew it would be the last time that I see you walk out the door,
I would give you a hug and kiss, and call you back for one more.

If I knew it would be the last time I'd hear your voice lifted up
in praise, I would video tape each word, so I could play them back
     day after day.

If I knew it would be the last time, I could spare an extra minute
or two to stop and say "I love you," instead of assuming you would
     KNOW I do.

If I knew it would be the last time, I would be there to share your
day, well I'm sure you'll have so many more, so I can let just this
     one slip away.

For surely there's always tomorrow to make up for an oversight,
and we always get a second chance to make everything right.

There will always be another day to say our "I love you's,"
And certainly there's another chance to say our "Anything I
    can do?"

But just in case I might be wrong, and today is all I get,
I'd like to say how much I love you and I hope we never forget.

Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, young or old alike
And today may be the last chance you get to hold your loved one
     tight...

So if you're waiting for tomorrow, why not do it today?
For if tomorrow never comes, you'll surely regret the day,

That you didn't take that extra time for a smile, a hug, or a kiss
and you were too busy to grant someone, what turned out to be their
    one last wish.

So hold your loved ones close today, whisper in their ear,
Tell them how much you love them and that you'll always hold them
    dear.

Take time to say "I'm sorry," "please forgive me." "thank you" or
"it's okay." And if tomorrow never comes, you'll have no regrets
    about today.

           New Beginnings

     It's only the beginning now
                   ...a pathway yet unknown
At times the sound of other steps
                 ...sometimes we walk alone

The best beginnings of our lives
     May sometimes end in sorrow
But even on our darkest days
     The sun will shine tomorrow.

So we must do our very best
     Whatever life may bring
And look beyond the winter chill
To smell the breath of spring.

Into each life will always come
     A time to start anew
A new beginning for each heart
     As fresh as morning dew.

Although the cares of life are great
And hands are bowed so low
The storms of life will leave behind
     The wonder of a rainbow.

The years will never take away
     Our chance to start anew
     It's only the beginning now
So dreams can still come true.
